SYGRIS is a web tool specially designed to collect qualitative and quantitative information easily and intuitively. Through the construction of questionnaires and collections we can collect the information by sending periodic questionnaires to the different business units or collecting different records continuously.

The tool allows the inclusion of files as well as the direct import of data from other tools automatically.

The creation of indicators, questionnaires and collections is easy and intuitive, allowing the user to configure the necessary fields and automate the information request processes.

Online surveys

SYGRIS also allows the generation of online surveys to obtain the information that is then managed by our database.

Surveys can be sent automatically to a multitude of users, both internal and external to the organization, through lists and directories already established.

Our exploitation tools allow the generation of the reports and desired queries of all the information collected, being able to add depending on the different attributes of the universe of responses.

You can generate tables and graphs in an easy and simple way, that allow to monitor in real time the available information and show variations and associated fields.

The mathematical engine also allows to create indicators and formulas that relate the different managed indicators, and give us the analytical power necessary for the analysis of trends.

Dashboards

SYGRIS allows to automate the generation of dashboards; Through our content editor we can generate any type of report that contains, tables, texts, graphics and images. All these elements are generated as a result of the information available in the tool, which allows to have in a single repository of said dashboards updated in real time.

The generation of these control panels is also parameterizable by the user, who can define as many dashboards as he wishes, customize them for each user profile and modify their contents.

Project manager

SYGRIS also has a project management module, which allows the creation of tasks, objectives and measurement KPIs. The real-time monitoring of the situation of the same allows the analysis of deviations and the establishment of corrective measures.

Our interface also allows to have a clear and simple way of the necessary information to analyze the degree of progress and visualize the situation of each of them in real time.
